Carnaval Brazilian Grill: A Taste of Brazil in Sioux Falls, SD

I can't say enough good things about our dining experiences at the bar with Katie. We came in just the two of us (husband and I) and had such a memorable time that we now choose the bar every time! Even brought in another couple and our whole group chose to sit at the bar.... We can forgo the ease of conversation with each other to have Katie taking care of us. Food has been on-point and we discover new favorites each time we dine. Thanks for what you do and please take care of Katie! She's a keeper for sure!

This my go-to restaurant when traveling with customers in Sioux Falls. Service is always been 5-star, and if you have vegetarians in your group, Carnival has the best salad bar in town that I'm aware of. Every member of the staff Ive encountered has been friendly and patient. After experiencing several mediocre meals at the steak house "around the corner" Carnival is my new favorite restaurant.

Food and service great. Like the multiple selections of meat. Grilled pineapple hit the spot.

Excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere. For the amount of meat they bring you, the prices are reasonable. But make sure you're really hungry before going.

Had a great experience at Carnaval. From the time we walked in we were well taken care of. Attentive staff. Beautiful and clean establishment. Food was delicious and plentiful.

Back again! Tonight we had Kayden who is a never ending fount of knowledge and attentiveness. Yet another example of the amazing level of service that always seems to find its way to us when we eat here! a new menu item just hit today. Below is a description! Tropical Sorbet Passion Fruit, Açaí, Coconut This is a Flavor carousel! The freshly toasted coconut and the punch of passionfruit is rounded out by a smooth and subtle Açaí Berry Sorbet! This is a must have! Thank you again to Dillon and the staff. It is always special when we are here!!!

The food was everything I could ever wish for in tasty meats. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to our needs. The inside of the place was lovely and tasteful . I told my wife, anytime we find a Brazilian steakhouse in any city we have to go. I can only dream each one is this amazing.

It's a little gimmicky, but it's actually really good. I think the salad bar is my favorite. Skip the extra-for-lamb option. It's only okay. The rest was good!

Tonight was the rare boys night out, so myself and 3 buddies went to Carnaval. We made 6 pm reservations which apparently was smart because without them the wait was about 1.5 hours. So make a reservation. When we were seated, our waitress was very prompt. She recommended a delicious drink. Served in a pineapple. We all got the table side service deal for $41.99. Comes with a salad bar. I started off going to the salad bar first. Complete with all the salad fixings, fresh mozzarella, marinated mushrooms, pickled onions, tons of toppings to choose from. Besides toppings they had 2 soups, Mac N Cheese and other goodies. Quite the amazing salad bar. Then came the unending service of meat skewers. From chicken and steak to shrimp and roasted cinnamon pineapple. Even after I was beyond stuffed, I kept getting the pineapple. It was so delish. I had previously eaten at a Brazilian steakhouse in Vegas and that wasn't close to this place. Every meat skewer was like a bite of heaven. Not one thing I ate was anything but delicious. I ordered a slice of pineapple carrot cake and paid the bill. For all the food you get, salad bar and quality of food, the price of $41.99 is almost a steal. I would have paid $55 and not complained. Decor of the restaurant was also very nice. Overall, this place is one of the best restaurants in Sioux Falls. A must try, just make sure to make a reservation!

Had dinner here with my youngest son. Salad bar has good variety and was fresh. The Brazilian Bread is yummy and best of all it's Gluten Free, a plus for Celiacs. Good variety of grilled meats, and timing is excellent. The chicken was a bit dry but otherwise everything was good. Grilled pineapple is a nice addition. Tai was our server and she was great! Nice evening.
